I finally heard back from Dr. Picard! Well, it was actually one of her Ph. D students. He told me that my plan had a lot of room for inevitable error, and that I should keep looking for GSRs (Electro-dermal response indicators - they display the level of arousal, which is related to stress) that are lower in price than the Q-Sensor.

Over Spring Break, I began speaking with a yoga instructor in Austin, TX that is well read in PNI. He and my mother met a couple of weeks ago. He has been very helpful in helping me identify how to carry out my experiment, where to find a GSR, and who to try speaking with for judging. He found a $145 GSR (much better than the $2000 Q-sensor or the $200 one referenced by Dr. Picard's student.), but also suggested that I contact the biofeedback center of Dallas to see if they can help me with GSR and/or judge finding.

I have sent an email to Mr. Rusty Lozano, the contact for the Dallas Center for Biofeedback & Behavior Therapy to see if he can help me with either of these issues.
